I got a flier in the mail for an upgrade to 75/35 for $5 a month more for one year. When I go to the online address in the flier and click on the $5 more a month red button it comes up as $10 a month more.

I got the offer too. But don't like the price jump after the initial period.
Standard rates apply after the first year so in reality the $10 a month offer is better if one plans to keep it past a year.
