Voice Mail

i received a voice mail once day and i cant open it to hear what it says when i dial voice mail it says "welcome to verizon the number you have dialed is disconnected or no longer in service" but it still pops up in my notifications section does anyone know how to remove it?

Try calling *228 and choose option 1 to reset your phone. Some internal settings are set to an old number.

If that does not work call tech support (800-922-0204 option 3) from another phone so they can help you correct the area that is set up incorrectly

will that delete all my downloaded apps?

No it will not.... I have done it many times..... A master or factory reset deletes all the apps.
