Illegal Billing

Has anyone else been billed for PC Protect Inc.? I didn't order this service and I'm not going to pay for it. I was also billed $14.95 for another service that I didn't order.

If anyone else has had problems please let me know how you handled them.

I've had this happen to me at least 3 times for internet and TV services that I didn't request and was billed for (and was very mad about this - - still am). Call verizon and ask them for a permanent restriction on third party billing. Since I did this, I haven't had a problem.

FYI

I did this and just recently was hit by a third party. The billing department fixed it and said I had no restrictions. I asked where did it go? Response was I see no record of it being on your account. Well it is again. Verizon fixed it but should not have had to do so. I also called the third party and complained. They also said they would fix it.
