I signed up for enhanced internet, on line. Found out today that it is not available inmy area? So..how does verizon let someone sign up to pay for a service that is not available in my area and not notify anyone that they are paying for a service that they cannot provide?

Is this for DSL Service or FiOS service? They're two different products. One comes over a Telephone line (DSL), whereas FiOS is over Fiber Optic cable.
