If I request paper bills can I still view current and past bills on line?
Yes, I believe that you can but up to a certain point.
I am not sure what that certain point is, but for example: It might be up to 1 year ago (anything past a year ago, you can not view online).

Yes I get both paper and plastic. I also download them to PDF because dslr595148 is right. They don't stay online forever.
