Internet Rocks! TV sucks. Sloppy work by install technician. How can we have unemployment when the sloppy tech that installed TV here has a job!!! He had tvs available to check if channels were available...did he use this options??? no way. very sloppy work. Set top in living works but there is no menu, no guide. set top in the bed room does no get a channel. Reset from on line chat didn't wotk. Why couldn't the install technican do the job right the first time. It;s the same everywhere though. Uverse. is the same...sub-standard work...too bad.
