When I try to log into My Verizon from Firefox, the Verizon server crashes with the message:
Server Error
This server has encountered an internal error which prevents it from fulfilling your request. The most likely cause is a miscommunication. Please ask the administrator to look for messages in the server's error log.
I would also say that the new My Verizon website has way too much Flash and Javascript, thus greatly reducing its utility and greatly increasing compatibility issues. Totally unnecessary. Finding things continues to be a huge mess as the organization of the website is very poor. The pages are very busy but behind them is a jumble of disorganized information.
