Wireless Printers (WPS Issue)

I just recently moved to a new apartment and for some reason my wireless printer will no longer connect to my network. I have an HP printer and all I need to do is press the WPS button however when I press it nothing happens. Anyone know if there are issues with these buttons on the new routers?

If you have the MI424WR rev I WPS is not available due to the firmware, Do you have any alternative way to connect the printer such as ethernet cable or USB?

All wireless printers I know of support manually setting up the wireless connection. May be necessary to connect to a PC via a wired connection first, or may be through controls on the printer.

WPS is not supported on the Actiontec routers, only the recent models have the button but the code to enable was never added to the verizon version of the code they run.
