I have tried everything to redeem the two $100 gift cards I have. Can't access them on the mobile app, different browsers. A couple of weeks ago I even called and waited on hold for over an hour. I was told that I would be sent the gift cards in the mail. Never received anything. Has anyone ever had success in accessing these before they expire? Are these gift cards fake and just used to lure us to the service?
