......that the number one asked question, and never acceptably answered, is how to file a complaint about customer service?

If I worked for Verizon I believe my self worth would be so low I would cry myself to sleep every night.

I would probably think about joining some sort of online support group for inadequate customer service representatives, if I had connectivity that is.

I have to laugh at this or I will despair. I had better connectivity in a Congolese hotel last year.

I have a good laugh for you. For 2 years every time it rains I loose connection. It wasnt until this year a service person figured out the problem was a box on a pole that doesnt seal out weather. About a week ago i got to talk to an english speaking person who acknowledged that i payed for 3 meg dsl and i get aprox 2.5 meg service. I was told i can upgrade to 7 meg service. that gets me a little over 5 actual service. and that was from a verizon service person. The reason is the *box* on the pole that services my area is corroded among other things . No one is capable of getting some one out to replace this box. No one at verizon can ok replacing a connection box. Verizon actually had the nerve to send me an email saying the case was closed again. People laugh when I tell them there are times I have better internet on my mobile phone ( not verizon).
