Kudos to a Verizon Representative

Kudos are in order for Stuart from Utah, a Verizon Escalatiion Representative who was not only polite and friendly but also got our computers back on the Verizon websites. He worked with us patiently for a very long time and explained every step that he took to get us back on the sites. He could not rule out the possibility of a recuurence of the problem but assured us that Verizon is working on it.

I only wish we could have a direct line to him im the future. Hope Verizon rewards him for his efforts!! Smiley Happy

Kudos to Verizon Rep Carlos who I had the pleasure to talk to on 7-30-13 at 7:30.pm. Regarding a problem with the set top box. I was pleased by his courteous and efficient manner.He approaches his work with enthusiasm and can "translate" complaints into requested repairs and treats the "customers" with exceptional courtesy ad good humor. All of us who have worked in customer service are familiar with the sometime tendency to be indifferent to the public relations needs of their work. I don't know what long-term plans you have for Carlos or what his career objectives are, but in my opinion he is an exceptionally professional employee who ought to be appreciated and encouraged to remain with Verizon.We all need to praise where we feel praise is due.

I also want to give a shout out to a customer rep. Whose first name was Philip. I talked to him also today 7-30-13 at 6:30 p.m regarding my set top box that kept freezing up and shutting down the TV. He worked on the problem with me step by step using courtesy and professionalism. I am sorry I did not get his last name but you should have a record of my call. Philip you are a breathe of fresh air in this funk we call life.
