FIOS keeps disconnecting every 1-15 minutes and I have to restart the router for it to come back on
Both wired and wireless

Need more details. Is it one device getting disconnected or all. Do the light on router change? If so what do they do. What do you do to get reconnected? Have you done a factory reset on router?
I have a simular issue where all the lights are blinking green but the wireless connection stops.
I either disconnect and reconnect, or if that doesn't help for long I power the router off and on.
It may take a few times for the reset to work.
I'm wondering if the router is going bad, as I have had this for many years now.
Can I get a new router sent to see if that resolves my problems?
