Can I set up TV and my wireless router from one COAX line?

I have COAX coming from my wall. I have tested and confirmed that I can:

1. Connect it to set top box and get FIOS TV

2. Connect it to my internet router and get internet and WIFI

I want to set up both TV and Internet at this location. Can it be done?

I have tried connecting router to set top box via ethernet but no luck.

This can be done. You'll just need a MoCA rated splitter for the single coaxial line. The splitter must be a bi-directional splitter which operates at 5-1000MHZ.
