Does anyone know how to file a written Verizon complaint ?
I was on both a frustrating VERIZON CHAT and also a frusrtating live VERIZON CALL. I asked about filing a Complaint and instead of hearing what I was upset about I was lectured about how I needed to "remember that everyone is human being". When I asked to talk to a supervisor I was put in queue and told it may take some time. When i asked for an email address to send my complaint to the Verizon Agent could NOT provide one and could NOT find one. Eventually i just gave up and hung up.
