When are we getting new at least n router.

Hello, I willi like to know when are getting new n routers, the router that we have is very old is only a g router and speed and distance really sucks, I pay I lot of money for your services and the least you can do it's giving us a N router please Verizon I ll wait for your reply band new modem/router NN , thanks in advance. Hi, how you doing there. We're mostly just a bunch of other great Verizon customers just like you. If you want an answer from Verizon directly, you'll have contact them directly. You can do that through many methods that are described on the "contact us" page you can find down at the bottom of these pages.

Now, if you want to hear how other great users have gotten N routers, keep reading. I happened to get one when my G router died after about 12 months. After a telephone chat with support, they decided I needed a new router and sent me a replacment free of charge. For reasons unknown to me, I got an N. I suspect it was a refurb and was what they had available; but I didn't ask any questions.

Maybe some of the other great users here will share they ways they got an N router.

Verizon has n routers, but its not always easy to get one. The Rev. f and g are n and the newest rev. i is also n.

If you want the newest rev. i (gige) router you'll have to pay $99 for it unless you upgrade to the 150 mb or higher plan in which they will give you one for free.

You can call Verizon and say your router broke, have them send you a new one and hope you get an n router in return. Most likely you will since they are no longer taking back g routers from customers who discontinue service. You won't know what router you will get though until you get it.

You can check out ebay where there are always a ton of them for sale at lower prices then Verizon sells them at.

There is always the option of buying your own n router elsewhere and just using it along with your current one.

I agree I spend an excessive amount of money to Verizon and am tired of getting nickeled and dimed. I have asked for an N router for 3 years now and always get told Ican buy one while if someone signes up for new service or if Iwill pay even more for the 150 service they will give me one. I live in a building that wil not even support the 150 service. Verizon time to update old equipment and not have me pay for it.
