$250 VZW Bill Credit for Fios Customers Deal?

I can't figure out how to get this deal to apply. When I click the link to Learn More, it takes me to look at VZW plans, but then the VZW site doesn't mention the $250 back deal or show it when I go to check out. A VZW sales rep said (via live chat), that I would have to activate the offer on the Fios end or that maybe Fios would give the bill credit, but the offer specifically says that it is a VZW bill credit, not on the Fios bill. Anyone able to help clarify this? Thanks

As the bill credits would be applied to the Verizon Wireless bill, you may want to try posting your topic on the Verizon Wireless community.

Hi, did you resolve this? I am having the same problem. Also, do you remember what site and page you saw this banner on? I'd like to know so I can reference it when I call Verizon.
