Verizon never do follow up about our requests! Although I only started FIOS two weeks ago, it had been full of uncomfortable and disappointed
1. On the installation day, until the last minute of my scheduled time still nobody showed up, then I called the technician, and he said "I can not make it." I say "then you should call me tell me about this", he told me the local center should inform us about his situation(which I totally understand), but apparently the local center did not do their job.
2. His manager promised to follow up regardless whether he can find another person to install for us or not. Again, nobody followed up in the next couple of hours.
We called around that night and the next morning to reschedule the installation.
3. Last weekend I saw a new promotion online, then online chat "you are qualified for this offer, and I have set a trouble ticket, somebody will contact you no later than Tuesday". Guess what? It happens the third time, nobody contact me!
Three strikes! Verizon, you are doing a great job!
