'Verizon online backup and sharing for pc' rejects my user-id and password. Can someone tell mewhat is going on? The dashboard tell me I only have 13 days left.
Mcafee and Verizon Backup and Sharing are 2 different things. They usually come bundles together. Make sure you still have a current subscription to both.
