I live in Manhattan and recently switched from Time Warner to Verizon for both cable and internet. I am trying to pay my bill online and it is literally impossible. I am trying to download the software to pay my bill (why would you EVER require customers to download software in order to pay bills online, i have NEVER seen or heard about any companies ever requiring this) and the software is not installing on my computer.
Please help. This is UNACCEPTABLE.
