Huge Problems In N Plano TX Today

I am paying for a high-speed Fios internet connection, but as is usual recently I may as well be on a 300baud dial-up connection—actually it would be faster.

The latency and no connection at all is unacceptable today...

And, I know I KNow i Know before someone pops off, this is a peer-to-peer forum....VERIZON FIX THE DAM PROBLEMS OR I'M MOVING TO TWC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have you actually contacted Verizon to let them know there is a problem? I don't think they have a psychic department, last I checked...
