It's fixed now. For about an hour everything was pigning 1500ms and up, was terrible...
Run a continous ping to your gateway IP address. so do ping 192.168.1.1 -t and hit enter.
let it run for a while. couple minutes, or whate have you. CTRL C will stop it when you're done.
One of your traces shows this, and that's worrisome to me, that would be a big deal as that's in your home, and if the problem starts having trouble inside 10 - 20 feet of your connection, imagine how bad it will get going 200 miles and more.
