Move to Delaware

I am moving to Lewes, DE in the middle of December. VZ service installation is scheduled for 12/16/17 at my new home. Will VZ install and bury the cable from the street to the home before the ONT is installed in the home or will that be done the day of installation?

It can depend, but I believe typically, it is done a few days beforehand.

Definitely varies. I have only seen it Buried afterwards. For me at least it was the same day but late in the day. Several of my neighbors had it buried several days later.

So it took about 6 calls to VZ until I got the right person and finally a contact to the subcontract company that will do the trenching. In fact, it will be done well in advance of VZ coming onsite to install the FIOS service. It took me about 2 weeks with numberous calls to get this done.
