Can anyone expaling to me how my bill can go up $44.00 this month without any additional usages. I was billed HD and standard box rental twice. The rep said it was because the billing cycles are different. The bill says the 16th of the month to the 15th of the next month. I don't understand that if I have paid the rental ever month for over a year how can I owe additional money. I think they must be working with BP. What a rip off.
