Verizon Remote

I've searched everywhere and cannot find an answer.

The remote for our living room settop box stopped working. Whenever you tap a button the STB button flashes, the power button and the Fios TV button in the middle stay lit for approximately 10 second. I know the box reads the signal because I can use my bedroom remote to change the channels just fine. I've replaced the batteries. I've have searched high and low for an answer and haven't found one.

The remote is either PhilipsRC 1445301 or Philips RC 1445302

Any suggestions?

Sounds like your remote died and you need a new one.

You could also buy a "universal" remote from your favorite retailer or on-line store.

Personally, I prefer the Logitech Harmony remotes as they allow you to have one remote that controls everything.
