can't schedule recording from website?

Tried to sched recording for 4 days from now and got
"Selected dvr is in use & not able to accept additional recordings at this time "
HUH? STB is on but unbelievable that can't schedule from web. Have screenshot but vzn doesn't seem to allow.

Sigh. When I got possession of the remote, i discovered that already had both dvr channels scheduled at that time. Okay. So...it escapes me why the website can't use same terminology as the STB, "conflict."
