I signed up with Fios back in May of 2021, the promotion at the time was a $100 gift card and a year subscription to Paramount Plus. I received an email to redeem these promotions on 9/19/21, I have been trying to redeem these promotions since then. My account home page does not display a "tile" labeled redeem. I have called support multiple times and either cannot get an answer or am told to log in and try again. This is ridiculous the redeem link in the email does not work. How can no one in the entire support staff know how to help me?
