I ordered a replacement remote from Verizon. Verizon now charges $14.99 for a remote that you can get on ebay for $7.00

Maybe Verizon should but the $7.00 remote and send it to me.
If people are selling the remotes they use to give away for free, dont be surprised when they start charging for them.
My guess is that the ones on eBay may be $7 but then you have to pay for shipping as well.
