I've noticed in the last couple of weeks that my account has been messed up. My last payment was due on June 2 2010 of $180 and some odd cents i paid $181 on June 8 2010. I check my balance about a week later, online and it says that i owe well over $354, it also said that my last payment was on June 18 2010 of 3.and some odd cents..not so because i went to verizon and paid CASH it should have went straight through...anyways, i continue checking my account online that week and i noticed that it said last payment June 18 2010 of $3.59. THEN it ALSO says, AMOUNT DUE 7/2/2010 PAID IN FULL. i havent paid anything for that month. and today i recieved a check for $83 and some odd cents...please tell me WHAT is going ON?
