About 6 months ago I upgraded my internet part of my triple play plan with Verizon to the Quantum 75mb service. Was I supposed to get the newer router with the red band around it from them when I upgraded? They want me to pay $99 for a new router. I am not liking this older Actiontec router anymore.
Anyone with any info for me would be great. Thanks
