Hi,
A representative came two days ago at home, asking if you want TV and other services. I have ONLY internet service, nothing else. I said I did not want anything. Since she left, she connection speed is HORRIBLE. I cannot even stream a song on Pandora!
So, as verizon customer service is SOOOO GREAT (no e-mail, yay!), I am asking here:
1. Why does this happen (area: 15218)?
2. When it will be resolved
3. What do you offer in compensation. Having such a connection is just not normal and you should not deliver such a bad service.
