Adding Verizon Basic Cable with Pre-existing Internet plan

Hi, I am currently using Verizon's starter internet plan for 29.99 a month, and I would like to know if it is possible to add Verizon's basic cable plan on top of my internet plan without going through Fios Double Play, and if there is a double play for just starter internet and basic cable.

If I need to check for myself then a point to the right direction would be greatly appreciated.

I am currently on a tight budget and we can not afford to pay for any extra services, we just want basic cable and internet.

You should just be able to go into your account services section and select "Make my own bundle" -- and select exactly what you want to add (if there's no bundle that suits you otherwise). That or a call to the 800-number and speak with a representative -- they can tell you the cheaps "TV" plan you could add.
