old verizon vs new verizon...

Anyone change to the new verizon and log in only to be in someone else's account ?.....I have all of "STEVENS" info at my fingertips....alas....I am no longer able to get to my bill to pay online.....why don't we all go back to the old verizon and just let it be.....all you choosing to or being forced to go to the new verizon....GOOD LUCK...

I talked to a rep in Arizona and allowed him to take control of my computer....I logged in as I normally used to do and he ran

through all the account items and told me he had never seen this problem before....he reset my account but I still have a tough time using the verizon 2 product....I can get to my email going through a backdoor type of manuver....while I was on with the agent I went ahead and paid my monthly bill online as I have been doing...I have a confirmation number of the transaction

and a thank you for my payment...the money has yet to be taken from my checking account....please don't turn off my FIOS because I have been trying to get the problem solved and pay the $191.17....
