Just renewed our service for two years. Was promised a prorated bill, but still hasn't happened. The CSR stated our bill would be updated yesterday and it wasn't. Called again today was told sorry no prorated bill will happen. So Verizon promised one thing once you sign up and then takes it away..should have cut the cord. Horrible way to treat a long time Verizon customer. I have spent over an hour trying fix this, no use... I do not like being lied to. I am considering canceling the servicd and moving on to another vendor.
