Signed up with Verizon again because they offered to pay off phones (one out of two was already paid for). Additionally, 300 gift card per each phone. Well...said 300 gift card has NEVER shown up. Calls were made. Transfers to other departments made. Told "We don't show cards for you in the system". Exhausted. Mentally. Told we would get a call back. Never did. Seems this is a common problem after a search of the forums going back to 2013. Really. I want the 300.00 per phone i.e. 600.00 promised. Maybe I will get SOMEONE to see this and actually listen? Anyone else? Anyone out there? It has been since 4 August I opened the account.
