I contracted with Verizon Fios for Triple Play and was to receive a $250 Verizon Gift Card after 90 days of service. I received an email back in Sept 2017 stating the gift card was "in the mail." It's now two months later, and I have not received the gift card. I've called Verizion Customer Service and was instructed to call other contact numbers, and still no one can resolve this matter. I'm tired of getting the run around. Any suggetions?
