I've been having trouble with AutoPay not working for several months and finally wrote an email to customer service.
They responded in about three days...BUT I cannot read their darn response!? All I have is a "You have 1 new message from Verizon" link on my account page that brings me nowhere but back to the same homepage?! I tried to open the page in both IE and Firefox but same problem.
Anyone else have this problem? Any solutions?
