Is just that crappy and not informative and just not there.
Go with what ever you have in your area but fios. It'll take you 20min to talk yo an "agent" if you call after 6pm ( people work) that's a big if you can find the number for a live person.
Then have them tell you that what the all powerful network or system says is wrong and to just what 24 to 48 hours for it to up date while you pay for no service. Thanks fios you your the best.........
