What type of connection are you using? A quick look on the Samsung site shows that model has an ethernet port, but does not indicate built-in WiFi.
Depends what you are trying to do.
First you need to connect an ethernet cable from your router or network switch to the back of the TV - as already indicated there is no wifi bbuilt into the tv. If you cannot connect an ethernet cable you may want to google something like
wireless ethernet adapter for samsung tv
and make a choice from there.
You may also have to install some software from the Cd that came with the TV
