I have a problem with some channels scrambling especially with a lot of activity such as movement of characters. I thought the problem was with only one TV, but others are having the same problem just not as bad. The TV in question is only 3 years of age and is a Toshiba flat screen 36". Problem is worsening as time goes on. I swapped the units from room to room and changed the cable to this TV, but it did not help. Thanks for any advice.
