I have been trying to access my account information all yesterday afternoon and now this morning. When logging into the account, I am brought to a page with the URL https://wbillpay.verizonwireless.com/vzw/nos/sorry.jsp. There is no explanation on the page or anything, but it's easy to see from the URL that something is wrong.
On the top of the page, it says, "Welcome, !" with no name. Trying to access anything from the page that has to do with my account brings me to the same exact sorry.jsp page. I have accessed my account previously without a problem with this new My Verizon, but it just isn't working now.
I thought maybe it was a problem with Firefox, so I tried Internet Explorer, Chrome, and Safari for Windows. The website did not work in any of the browsers. I also tried a different computer and was unsuccessful there.
I know it's not my browser and it's not my computer. Does anyone have any idea why I suddenly can't access anything?
