I have been a customer for just over two years with fios. In the past I have had nothing but good things to say but that's about to change. I got an e-mail today saying starting next month they are taking 10 channels away from me and charging me the same. Now I'm part way through my two year agreement on my contract and it looks like they are breaking that contract with me.
If I was to canel they would charge me an early termination fee!
So what do they really think about their customers we hooked them now l{please keep your posts courteous}smileymad:
I have referred quite a few customers to their fios system that won't happen anymore. Anybody who asks about Verizon my response will be stick with who you have.
