What is going on with CBS Channel 2 and 502

What is going on with CBS Channel 2 and 502? The audio went out mid-day. When it came back the picture is now a postage stamp? I called and was told Verizon is having trouble with CBS. It is now 9 hours latter and the picture is still a postge stamp? (5.1 AC3 digital )

Any fix soon?

You didn't identify where you are. Channel 502 (WCBS in NY) was fine when I checked in VHO 5.

Also did you try a STB In-home-agent fix, set top box auto correct?

I saw a post from 2012 well It's 2020 and CBS 502 is still horrible all distorted, lagging and sometime freezes .I thought VERIZON said went we got it FIOS doesn't freeze or lag big joke FIOS is a cable and is still the worst.Trying to find a new company
