I live in WV, and for some reason Verizon has decided to sell all of our accounts to some other provider i've never heard of called Frontier. I signed up for the "Double Bundle" with Verizon about a month or two ago for $69.99/month. I just got my first bill from Frontier, and they have me signed up for a bunch of crap that i've never been signed up for, and they are charging me for each item seperately, and there's no mention of any kind of bundle...my total bill is now $142.00/month!!! I've called and spoke with 3 different people at Frontier, and they say they can't help! This is ridiculous, and i can't even get through to Verizon(on the phone) anymore because they are saying i no longer have an account with them. Well, you're the one i signed my contract through...so i don't understand why i shouldn't be able to receive support just in case there's a problem with the transfer of my account to Frontier? Frontier still hasn't corrected my bill, and now my only hope is that somebody at Verizon cares to help by contacting Frontier and getting my service/bill corrected. Please help!
