Link to redeem the echo dot has been dead for weeks. Ive reached out to customer support and they didn’t do anything — just kept sending the same link that’s broken. I’ve found lots of people who’ve run into this same problem just through a quick Google search. Why won’t Verizon fix the link so we can redeem what was promised? Very scammy behavior going on here.
