Can't redeem $200 Gift Card - Eligible today 11/24/2021

Like the title states I can't seem to click on the tile to redeem my $200 gift card. I also was eligible for a $50 gift card on November 11th but that tile disappeared. Verizon likes to run promotions to get you to upgrade but when it comes to get them to honor the agreement you have to jump through hoops.

I placed an order for the following in September:

The Most Fios TV 2.0 - $50 gift card promotion

Fios Gigabit Connection 2.0. - $200 gift card promotion

Can someone help me rectify this please?
