I presume you mean router since you posted this in the FiOS Internet forum, not the DSL forum. The address is http://192.168.1.1/. (I believe it's the same for a DSL modem provided by Verizon.)
The modems are usually found at http://192.168.1.1/ . If not, you can find your computer's IP Address, and then in the same location, you can use the "Default Gateway" to find your router's IP.
