My video is dropping constantly, whether I am watching regular TV or VOD. Anyone else have this issue? How did you solve it?

I keep getting the same. For months, I've been living with my living room set that sometimes constantly pixalates or drops and makes it virtually impossible to watch. But, I've noticed a pattern. Generally poor quality during the morning, but by mid-afternoon, the channels stay for the most part constantly on. Anyway, it's only the downstairs set and no problem with the upstairs units.
