BUYER BEWARE.....The price that was agreed to online when I renewed my contract is not what I am being charged each month. I contacted Verizon online customer service and they referred me to the customer service helpline. I am paying over $25 more than what was agreed at the time of the renewal and when I voiced my concern, Verizon hung up on me.
Check into online services and other providers because Verizon is dishonest and treats customers unfairly when attempting to retain their services.
