$250 Gift Card

I recently signed up for service and was told I’d receive a $250 gift card for doing so with an email link to place an order for the card. That did not happen and I have since seen other posts about people never getting the card.

How do I receive my gift card?

I believe they are mailed after some amount of time (30-60 days?) of service.

It is supposed to be at the 90 day mark.

however there are many complaints of non receipt of these cards. Unfortunately you don’t live in NY state which has the Office of the Attorney General which governs the non receipt issue. I would google your states office of attorney general to get assistance.
