Does anyone know how the customer service "e-mail us" option works? (My Verizon -> Customer Service -> How to Reach Us -> Email) I have attempted to use it several times. Each time, I get the following e-mail in response:

Which is fine, until I log into my account and am greeted with: "Welcome ... You have No New Messages from Verizon." I've talked with a couple of representatives about this, but no one seems to know the answer. One tried to tell me to check my spam filter, but the issue is not with my personal e-mail account. The other said she was familiar with the messaging system but couldn't find any messages for me. So where are all these mysterious replies hiding?
